This multi-use building was designed to accommodate various user groups including Administration, EMS, OH&S, and plant operations personnel. Additional facilities throughout the building incldue a cafeteria, fire hall bay, locker room and shower facilities and the primary plant control room. The main building was built by conventional construction with a pre-engineered warehouse and shop.
